* Rates assume that your client/location can supply a TV of suitable quality. Osmium can supply a TV, if necessary, but due to the difficulties of transporting equipment in Central London, we usually have to bring less other kit, which can compromise the job. It is nearly always more cost effective to hire a TV commercially at the location, if one is not already available.

Rates are merely a guideline and you should certainly phone for a detailed quote before making any solid plans.
A pencil booking must be confirmed within a week of the job or it will be assumed as cancelled.
Cancellation of confirmed bookings attracts a 50% charge within 48 hours of the booking and 100% within 24 hours. Weekends don’t count, so a cancellation on a Friday morning of a Monday morning booking counts as within 24 hours = 100%. A “confirmed” booking, which comes in at short notice (ie within 48 hours of the job), but then later cancels will attract a cancellation charge of 25%.
In most circumstances, the studio catering will not be charged for in the event of a cancellation, but it will be determined on a case by case basis.
